If you could get one previously unreleased (or unavailable) NIN-related thing, what would it be?

amy hanauer (hanauer.2@postbox.acs.ohio-state.edu)

The original demo of Trent singing "something i can never have."

colin mcfadden (mcfadden@minerva.athenet.net)

Hmmm. How about a version of "last," live on LaserDisc. (I love that song!!)

the last knight (daniel.lula@yale.edu)

The original "garage demos" of Trent's first songs...you know, like those plain old audio tapes he used to tape his first rendition of "down in it" back in 1987 or whatever, while using his first cheesy synth....

m.c. death (synthboy@teleport.com)

M.C. Death's version of "Purest Feeling." (So far I think Chris Wiberg is the only person who has a copy.)

dirk ellis (dellis@pop.srv.ualberta.ca)

What I'd really like to get hold of is (a) Trent's original first-ever recording that he promoted and distributed to such-and-such record companies to get himself in the limelight, and (b) studio runs and initial recordings of his tracks for TDS (on whatever initial taping process he may have used).

rita melzer (dr75ma@execpc.com)

The ORIGINAL video for "march of the pigs," which, I've heard, contains everything from midgets to a burning police officer.

gnat hammerstrom (gnat@cs.wisc.edu)

Any Pop Will Eat Itself videos. All the Pop Will Eat Itself videos. I'm in the wrong country to experience what I've been craving for so long.

izzbot (izzbot@eskimo.com)

The October 24th Tacoma Dome NIN/Bowie video, just for the live version of "sanctified."

julia tenney (cthulhia@delphi.com)

I read this stuff and I don't feel obsessive enough...sheesh, any of those would be GREAT!!!

julie overturf (overturf@clark.net)

Trent's blindfold from the "closer" video.

kyle moyer (ksmst12+@pitt.edu)

I'd go with the "sin" video...or maybe Trent's musical talent. I'd like to get hold of that. :)

lisa livingston (procyon@icon.net)

I would like to have that KISS song ("Love Gun") Trent did for Kiss My Ass that never made it onto the record. I think that would be very unique.

mike lopez (mlopez@voyager0.stanford.edu)

A video and/or CD of their first Lollapalooza performance.

robin colleen moore (robin@mindspring.com)

Well, I would say "Trent in my Christmas stocking" (hey, it IS unavailable) -- but, more realistically speaking, a really good video copy of the 1/24/95 Atlanta show would be very nice, as I have some rather fond memories of that show. (Could we also have a clip of Trent in Albany in December '94 wiping his ass on somebody's flannel shirt? Procyon and I would still like to dub in the "I am the Great Cornholio" routine over that.)

sean galbraith (smgalbra@cousteau.uwaterloo.ca)

Trent.

Well, I guess I would settle for the "sin" video. Or the Butch Vig version of "gave up."

a *lurker* ;)

Uhh...all the footage from all the dates to see who I know in the videos of the crowd and the backstage footage, too.

stephanie nahas (nahas@ripco.com)

A collection of studio outtakes, works in progress, that sort of thing. Trent playing solo sax, or relaxing by playing piano sonatas. :)

taylor mclaren (tmclaren@uoguelph.ca)

Either the "Sin" video or Sleazy's first shot at filming "march of the pigs."

taz dhariwal (dharts@hg.uleth.ca)

I would like to get the "sin" video and the original "march of the pigs" video. And I'd like to have a CD single with "now i'm nothing."

lily anderson (landerso@acslab.acs.unt.edu)

All the footage of the Dallas show that was going to be a live video, especially the parts with me in them and all the highlights of "happiness in slavery."
